Meet Principal Consultant, Tony Stauffer. Tony works with account executives to demonstrate how OST provides value for customers. Coming up with solutions that solve problems is his specialty. Tony said, “I like working on tough problems. The more complex, the more difficult the problem, the more energized I am. I frame up a problem and then let it cook up a little bit till I have a break through. I like being in that problem solving mode. “
We asked Tony, “What gets you excited to come to work every day?”
“I like being a part of a team of great people that win the right way. There’s a lot of people in business management that are looking at the short term game, to hit a quarterly goal or something like that. I like working at OST because I’m working with some of the smartest people I know and they work with big hearts.”
