Fleegen Florp Flop: An SEO Test Regarding Indexing

Fleegen Florp Flop

Sometimes, you need to run experiments to discover if your SEO efforts are working. In this case, posts are technically being indexed. Google says they’re indexed. Ahrefs says they’re indexed. But you can only find them in a search with a query in quotes. They don’t show up in search results, even for long strings of unique text.

So, I’m running this little experiment to see if this post gets indexed properly after a series of modifications to the site. If not, I have a few other things to try in order to see if those changes will cause this existing page on the site to get indexed. I thought it would be fun to have a totally unique phrase associated with this test, so I went with fleegen florp flop.

If you somehow come across this page and you’re not me, congratulations! That probably means I succeeded. If you need help resolving a similar issue, by all means, feel free to contact OST and mention me by name. I couldn’t find anything anywhere that suggested that this is a common issue or that it has a fix. My team and I have a few theories – but nothing concrete. So, wish us luck!
