As 2020 wraps up, we asked our thought leaders to reflect on the year and how the global pandemic changed the way we work.
One of the most pivotal things that happened in 2020 was an abrupt change of consumer behavior. When a global pandemic struck, we shifted our strategy and took this change as an opportunity to create conversation. Connections that typically took place in person, now require active intention as we attempt to overcome the friction of what it means to do collaboration while working from home. Efforts that would have typically taken a few months of strategy were happening in two weeks. As a shifting organization, we had to adapt with a different level of speed, attention to detail and macro-empathy in respect to our clients.
2020 taught us to embrace innovation, flexibility, empathy and productivity in brand new ways that will shape what we do in 2021.
