What makes OST Managed Services different, you ask?

Willing: As Wayne Dyer said, “Talk to yourself from the perspective of truly being willing to do whatever it takes rather than relying on the same old excuses that keep you from making those changes. You'll be thrilled with yourself when you adopt an 'I'm willing' attitude”. We are willing to do what it takes to make the situation work best for the customer.

Flexibility: Every customer is a different size, and does things a different way. We adapt around the way our customers work. No boilerplate SOW here.

One Percenters: We staff with high-end experienced resources, which allows us to complete tasks more efficiently, and make the correct decisions from the start. Staffing with lower end or overseas resources may make for a better looking profit margin, but the result is seldom seen by customers as a success.

It’s our home too: We care for the servers, applications, databases, and network appliances we support like they are our own. Looking for ways to make the environment better, helping lead the customer towards what’s best for them in the long run, and staying up late at night working on a system, not because we were asked, but because we know it’s needed. When one of us is in a meeting with the customer, discussing how we want to proceed with a project, the term “we” is used, not “you” or “them”.

Small and big potatoes taste the same: For smaller environments, we give the same attention to them whether we are supporting 10,000 servers, or 10 servers. Smaller environments require more effort per server than larger more developed environments. No matter how large we get, we still give that high level of attention the smaller environments expect.
