The Talent Acquisition Team is positioned to protect and strengthen the OST brand/culture through identifying, vetting, and selecting only the best talent for our organization…and our clients. One of our primary goals is to search out recruits who are not only technical superstars, but standout talent who also enhance the OST culture. We’re all about getting the fit right. We are consultants, marketers, detectives (you have no idea), event-planners, counselors, negotiators and even psychologists from time to time. There’s no typical day in the life of a Talent Acquisition team member–just one of the reasons why we love it! We meet with hiring managers, we turn a job description into an amazing opportunity, we source, we interview, we herd cats and we hire amazing people. It’s no 9-5 job, but it is certainly rewarding when you’re able to match a great person with a great opportunity! It’s tough work, but what we do really matters, and we create great outcomes for our candidates, OST and clients.
Working on the recruiting team means more to us than filling open requisitions.
